What you will learn
- Define and agree corporate objectives of the ZBB (r) exercise with top management
- Assess the as-is- level of relevant impact variables such as manpower, capital expenses, operational expenses, etc. on existing and targeted strategic initiatives and operational activities (base-line)
- Collect and analyse data for the minimum resource allocation to achieve the must-perform level outputs across all organisation units (e.g. number of clients, user satisfaction, revenue, error rate, etc.)
- Establish an ‚increased levels‘ scenario of outputs and the required resource allocation
- Evaluate and map the trade-offs between the benefits, costs, risk, and viability of different operational efficiency initiatives into a scenario map
- Working with resistance of members of the organisation, improving collaboration
